A former bayside suburbs plumber accused of stalking and assaulting women has had his case delayed as the alleged victim suffers from “stress-induced neurological condition” and PTSD.

A former bayside plumber facing stalking, assault and trafficking charges has had his case delayed as police struggle to make contact with an alleged victim.
Glenn Mison, 44, fronted the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on June 20, facing charges including stalking, choking and assault.
Police say Mr Mison — who ran a plumbing business Glenton Plumbing — stalked a woman, which included placing tracking devices in her vehicle.
He has also been accused of strangling a woman on numerous occasions.
The former plumber is also facing charges including illegally possessing a knife, as well as drug trafficking charges relating to the substances 1,4 Butanediol and meth.
Mr Mison was arrested by police on February 19 and has been on remand since.
On Friday, police requested an adjournment after struggling to get in contact with the complainant.
Police say the complainant disclosed they suffered from PTSD and another neurological disorder, both triggered by stress.
The court heard the prosecution had submitted a 160 page brief, however “anticipated more evidence to be produced”.
The case was adjourned to August 5 for a committal hearing to test if there is enough evidence for the matter to proceed to the County Court.
