A nurse and married father of three allegedly used hidden spy cameras in a Clayton private hospital’s female changing room to secretly film naked patients and staff.

A male nurse who allegedly set up spy cameras to perv on patients and staff at a Clayton private hospital has faced court.
Sean Farrow appeared at Moorabbin Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday morning on seven charges, including five counts of installing optical surveillance, one of visually capturing a genital region and one sexual touching charge.
The 52-year-old married father of three is alleged to have set up spy cameras in a female changing room at Monash House Private Hospital.
In January this year, cleaners allegedly discovered two small devices wedged between the lockers and toilet walls, with one facing inside the room and another under the toilet doors.
Police launched an investigation and detectives then discovered the secret images of female patients and staff, and allegedly linked the pictures back to Mr Farrow.
Court documents allege between August 1 last year and January 30 this year Mr Farrow installed “optical surveillance devices” to record or observe a private activity.
He also allegedly “intentionally visually captured another person’s genital or anal region” between December 24 last year and January 23 this year.
A seventh charge, of intentionally touching another person in a sexual manner without consent between January 4 and February 3 this year, has also been levelled against him.
Upon police involvement he was sacked by the hospital, and his nursing registration has been suspended.

On their website the hospital describes themselves as a “boutique independent facility developed by a consortium of doctors seeking to expand and enhance the level of surgical and hospital care provided in Melbourne’s southeast”.
Mr Farrow’s lawyer told the court he wanted to have the case heard in the County Court, so it was adjourned for a filing hearing later this week.
Mr Farrow will face Melbourne Magistrates’ Court this Friday, August 16.
