A woman has been charged following a horror crash that tragically killed a man in Cheltenham.
Police allege a blue Toyota sedan was travelling along Charman Rd when it collided with a red Vespa motorcycle near Sydney St about 6.50am on February 23.
The rider, a 38-year-old Mentone man, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries but died the next day.
The driver of the car, a 37-year-old Dandenong woman, was taken to hospital for observation.
She was charged with dangerous driving causing death on Monday.
The woman was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on March 11.
