JILTED LOVER’S REVENGE ATTACKS

Sobbing accountant Kiara Mack plotted a series of revenge attacks on her ex which included posting intimate photos of him on Instagram.

Mack, 23, was last month sentenced in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to a 15-month community correction order after pleading guilty to six charges including stalking.

Mack, an Ernst & Young accountant, stalked and menaced her ex-boyfriend after the pair broke up early last year.

The scorned lover spray-painted “cheater” in pink across her victim’s black Volkswagen, the court was told.

Mack then barraged her victim with a series of menacing messages via Facebook.

“Stupid to leave your sister’s car out there to … initiating phase 2,” Mack said.

“I know where you live, I know where you work, I know your footy club, I know your favourite bars, I know the code to your house.”

Mack amped up her anger when the victim changed addresses but refused to tell her where he had moved to.

“Your life is over I have a book of plans to make sure of it,” Mack said.

Mack, who avoided a conviction, was stood down by Ernst & Young after her antics were exposed by the Herald Sun.

INSTAGRAM GLAMOUR GIRL’S CROWN CASINO MELTDOWN

Instagram glamour girl Hannah Pierson attacked police after a boozy night at Crown Casino.

Pierson lashed out after security booted her from exclusive Crown nightclub Club 23 just after 2am on May 13, 2018.

Security asked Pierson to leave the celebrity haunt after the party girl was spotted “highly intoxicated” on the dancefloor.

Pierson, who pleaded guilty to six charges including assaulting and resisting an emergency services worker, attacked security and spat on a guard as she was led out of the venue.

Security then attempted to restrain Pierson with “flexible” handcuffs to protect staff and the public but she kicked a bouncer twice.

Multiple police, who were called in to subdue Pierson, discovered the party girl passed out in a corridor near Club 23.

Pierson woke up and became “verbally aggressive” and abused police after she was taken to a private area to be assessed by a paramedic.

Pierson yelled at a police officer to “do your job properly”.

She then pushed an officer which caused the victim to stumble into a window sill.

Pierson continued her aggression towards police even after she was arrested.

The New Zealand citizen, who was living and working in Melbourne at the time of the incident, is hoping to avoid a conviction so she can pursue her career dream as a beautician.

Pierson, who also pleaded guilty to multiple assault charges and public drunkenness, is scheduled to face court again in August.

The court indicated Pierson may have to return to Victoria to serve her sentence.

LOVE RIVAL’S SNAPCHAT PORN REVENGE

Scorned Ballarat lover Stacey Burton avoided jail time after she posted a nude pic of her ex-boyfriend’s new flame on social media.

Burton, 22, was sentenced to a three-year community corrections order with 300 hours’ community work after pleading guilty to making an unwarranted demand with menaces and intentionally distribute an intimate image of another.

Burton, from Wendouree, targeted her former partner Codie Carter’s new girlfriend while in a fit of jealous rage in March 2019.

She threatened to post an intimate photo of her love rival — which depicted the victim’s breasts — on social media if she was not paid a $5200 ransom.

Burton sent the image to Carter’s mobile phone and messaged her victim via Facebook to show she meant business.

“Give me my money back that Codie owes me …,” Burton said.

“(Or else) everyone will see more than your ugly f***in head online.”

Burton claimed Mr Carter had originally forwarded the image to her, the court was told.

The victim, a young woman, did not comply with Burton’s demands.

However, the photo was seen by and screenshotted by several Snapchat users before it was taken down, the court heard.

“(The offending) probably makes (the victim) feel like shit,” Burton told investigators.

The victim had earlier taken out a personal safety intervention order on her aggressor but it barely stopped Burton.

Burton, a mother of two who has a child to Mr Carter, brewed-up a fresh bee in her bonnet towards her victim in late-2020.

Burton sent the victim a barrage of abusive messages — including 35 in a single day — via Instagram and Facebook Messenger.

Burton sent the victim a photo of herself and Mr Carter with a message which said “I’m a mutt”.

Burton sent a later image which said “congratulations you win”.

POP PRINCESS TURNS POT QUEEN AFTER WATCHING NETFLIX

Aspiring pop singer Jesica Bustamante avoided a conviction after she was nabbed growing cannabis at the Maidstone home she shares with her three children.

Bustamante, 28, was sentenced in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to a 12-month adjourned undertaking after pleading guilty to cultivating cannabis.

Police raided Bustamante’s Eucalyptus Drive home and seized cannabis and sophisticated growing equipment including heat lamps on December 17 last year.

Investigators discovered multiple plant pots and harvested cannabis hanging from drying racks and aided with a ventilation system.

Police also seized loose cannabis, a flick knife, piping, plant stakes, watering utensils and bottles of hydroponic nutrient.

“(I) was bored over lockdown and saw it on Netflix so wanted to try and see if I could do it (grow cannabis),” Bustamante told investigators.

Bustamante said she ordered the ‘White Rhino’ and ‘Cookie Scout (Girl Scout Cookies)’ cannabis seeds online.

”Got lights and everything from hydro set up … watered them everyday and kept them under

light … researched when to know when they’re ready,” Bustamante told police.

The court was told Bustamante, under the stage name Jess Makaveli, is a rising Melbourne pop star currently working on her debut album.

Bustamante, a former exotic dancer, was signed by label Cosmic Bounce Records and recently released a single ‘Que Pasa’ with accompanying music video.

SWAPPING INSTAGRAM FOR DRUG DEALING

Mount Martha glamour girl Madeline ‘Maddie’ Scott was nabbed dealing GHB and meth after turning to drugs to break her social media obsession.

Scott was sentenced in the County Court in October to a minimum 18 months’ jail after pleading guilty to charges including trafficking a commercial quantity of drugs.

Police discovered 3kg of bute (GHB) in Gatorade bottles, meth, a large amount of cash, zip-lock bags, scales and a tick book in her car after she did U-turn without indicating in Langwarrin and police spotted an ice pipe popping out of her pink handbag.

Scott admitted selling the drugs in person or via the internet to fund her own addiction

“If I don’t sell it then I don’t have enough money to smoke it,” Scott told police.

The court was told during an earlier hearing that Scott turned to drugs after she went “cold turkey” from obsessively posting photos of herself on Instagram.

The Peninsula glamour girl had posted more than 20,000 photos on social media, the court heard.

Scott worked as a “paraplanner” at her family’s business Precise Advice Financial Services.

WILD CAT BAR SPAT ENDS IN TEARS

Monica Neskovski left a rival girl bleeding and needing stitches following a late-night spat at a trendy city bar.

Neskovski, from Mill Park, was sentenced in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court to a 12-month good behaviour bond after pleading guilty to throwing a missile to the injury of a person.

Neskovski was at upmarket venue The George on Collins with her mother and a group of friends when the big night out soured just after 11.30pm on September 20, 2019.

Neskovski’s group and another group got into a spat over a photograph taken inside the venue, the court heard.

The groups went their separate ways after the altercation ended but both remained at the venue.

However, Neskovski reignited the tussle when she threw the “contents” of a metal pitcher over a divider and onto the rival group.

Neskovski then flung the jug over and it struck her victim’s head, the court was told.

The victim, who sustained a large gash to her head, was left bleeding.

Neskovski, who sobbed in court, had six references written on her behalf for court which described her as a “exceptional human being”.

Another reference described Neskovski as “professional and dedicated” and who handles herself with “composure and humility”.

The court was told Neskovski also had an “impressive” work record since graduating from RMIT with a bachelor of business.

Magistrate Hayley Bate said it was a “pretty inglorious moment” for Neskovski.

Neskovski was handed an adjourned undertaking without conviction and ordered to pay the Royal Children’s $1000.

PARTY GIRL ROAD KILLER

Emily Alyse Hobson had meth in her system when she struck and killed a pedestrian in Melbourne’s northwest.

Hobson was sentenced in the County Court to a two-year-community correction order after pleading guilty to dangerous driving causing death.

Hobson had just left her Tullamarine home when she struck and killed her 62-year-old victim Colin Paea about 2.30am on March 3 2018.

The party girl — who had decided to “visit” a friend in Maribyrnong — struck Mr Paea on Mickleham Rd.

Mr Paea died “almost immediately” after the impact threw him about 16m along the road, the court was told.

Hobson then swerved and lost control of her car which smashed into a bus stop.

A witness who heard an “almighty bang” outside her house said she saw a “hysterical” Hobson screaming “I told him to get out of the way”.

Another witness who approached Hobson claimed she asked “am I going to be in trouble?”

A motorist who stopped to comfort Hobson claimed she said the victim “jumped out of the bus stop”.

Hobson was taken to hospital for a blood sample which later revealed she had methylamphetamine and an antidepressant in her blood stream.

A Detective searched Hobson’s car and found an ice pipe hidden in a pencil case.

Hobson — who was interviewed more than a month later — admitted using “meth and speed in the past” but denied using ice prior to driving.

Despite Hobson having meth in her system it was the prosecution case that she was driving dangerously because she was “not keeping a proper lookout for other road users”.

Hobson was also ordered to be under judicial monitoring while on her CCO and was disqualified from obtaining her driver’s license for three years.

MELBOURNE DRUG QUEEN

Jessica Legg was busted peddling drugs following a covert investigation into a separate meth syndicate.

Legg, from Blackburn North was sentenced in the County Court last September to eight months’ jail and a 24-month correction order after pleading guilty to multiple counts of drug trafficking.

Legg sold meth, GHB mirror drug ‘bute’ and valium to dozens of customers all over Melbourne between July 2017 and August 2018, making deals at her home and in various Bunnings, Woolworths and McDonalds carparks

The drug queen landed on the police radar after she sold meth to eastern suburbs tradie Danny Vassallo, who was under police surveillance for his role in a drug syndicate which conspired to produce a new, deadlier type of imitation meth.

Legg moved 235g of meth, 1.8L of bute and 48 Valium tablets while police had her under surveillance.

The court was told Legg had “always been a high-achiever” by raising money for cancer research for Monash Health and also held down a long-term role with Coca-Cola Amatil.
