The pots may be sleepy, but you can’t wipe the smile off this young entrepreneur’s face.
Eleanor Walker, 7, started making the pots about four months ago, wanting to make some extra pocket money.
So instead of selling strawberries or lemonades and, encouraged by her parents, Eleanor got creative.
Her mother, Belinda, said Eleanor did all the decorations herself, potting the plants and cultivating them before selling the ‘sleepy pots’ at local parks.
And, quite simply, people have gone potty for her pots.
“She’s driven,” Ms Walker said.
“But she has to do all the work.
“We wanted to encourage her because it helps her socially as well.”

Eleanor will be selling the pots on ‘young entrepreneur alley’ at the Kew Junction Twilight Christmas Gift Market on December 6.
