St Kilda Sharks to play Victorian Women’s Football League match in Footscray

TEN St Kilda Sharks will be on the park in the Victorian Women’s Football League representative matches on June 7.

TEN St Kilda Sharks will be on the park in the Victorian Women’s Football League representative matches at the Whitten Oval on June 7.

In addition to the Vic Country-Vic Metro clash, there will be an Under 21 game for emerging players.

The teams were announced on Saturday and Sharks Alex Whitehead and Moana Hope will represent Vic Metro in the senior affair and Emily Smith, Emily Paterno, Shae-Lee Murphy-Burke, Rebecca Dardengo, Rhiannon Banner, Stephanie Webb and Jasmine Garner will play for Vic Metro Under 21.

Jenna Bruton will pull on the boots for the Vic Country U21 team. Shannon McFerran will coach the Vic Metro U21 team. The games will feature some of the best women with 23 Western Bulldogs and Melbourne listed players lining up.
