Kitchener Street resident Elena Brown, whose daughter attends the school, was woken by a loud thud and a woman’s screams at 7am.
“I thought someone had been hit by a car, but it was the door being kicked in,” Ms Brown said.
She said she wasn’t surprised the raid had happened.
“I’ve never seen anyone go in or out of that house. You would very rarely see a car out the front,” she said.
Victoria Police spokesman Luke Zammitt said the raid was linked to a series of drug warrants executed across Kew East, Balwyn North and Camberwell.
