CSPA general manager Chrissie Maus said she really hoped the awards would rally the community to shop and support local.

“This marketing campaign aims to engage with a record number of our members and their unique offerings,” she said.

“There are so many hidden gems in Chapel Street Precinct and we implore everyone to nominate and vote and most importantly support local.

“By giving the community the opportunity to vote, it means customers can champion their favourite business.”

Since September 2018, 73 new businesses have opened in the precinct.

Head to chapelstreet.com.au before 12pm on Friday, May 17 to nominate your favourite business or retailer.
