A Melbourne bridal boutique is giving away $500,000 in vouchers to brides who had their wedding plans thrown into chaos by the coronavirus outbreak.
Armadale’s Eternal Bridal, located on High St, has launched its DressSeeker grants, offering a $500 voucher to up to 1000 engaged brides.
The grants are only available to brides who had their wedding plans impacted by the virus outbreak and live in Victoria.
A string of local celebrities have previously bought dresses from the store, and they stock dresses from renowned international designers including Galia Lahav.
Eternal Bridal founder Sebastian Lee said he and wife Lyndall wanted to put a smile on would-be brides faces following a difficult year.
Mr Lee said they also wanted to help make life easier as couples start replanning their dream day and regular weddings resume.
“2020 has been an incredibly difficult year for everyone, especially for Victorians,” he said.
“With thousands of lives and businesses severely affected, we feel it is important that we take part in something that can help our fellow Victorians.”
Applications for the ‘DressSeeker’ grant close on December 15.
