Woman’s car stolen after assisting with collision at Nanneella
A woman who pulled over to assist with a collision in Victoria’s north was dealt a heartless blow when her car was stolen as she checked on a driver involved in the incident.

A woman who pulled over to assist following a collision in Victoria’s north had her vehicle stolen as she looked after one of the drivers.
A red Mazda 6 was stolen after the female driver got out of to assist those involved in a collision between a stolen Holden Colorado utility and a Nissan Navara utility.
The collision occurred on Rochester-Kyabram Rd near the corner of Echuca-Nanneella Rd, Nanneella about 6.40am on August 6.
It is believed the driver of the Holden Colorado stole the car while the woman was checking on the driver of the Nissan Navara.
The stolen Mazda was recovered in Curr Rd, Girgarre hours later at roughly 11am.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision, anyone with dashcam footage, or anyone who witnessed the stolen Mazda being dumped in Girgarre.
