Mr Bingley, who appeared via video link from Ravenhall Correctional Centre, was charged by the Proactive Targeting division of Victoria Police on October 10.
The prosecution asked the court for more time to serve up their evidence as they needed to “identify and make contact with the child victims and their families”.
