73-year-old Kialla man found dead in Loch Garry, Bunbartha

A Kialla man has died following a duck hunting expedition at Bunbartha.

Paramedics, police and SES crews were called after reports of an unresponsive body in the water at Loch Garry, Bunbartha.

The body of a Kialla duck hunter was found just north of Shepparton on April 10, 2024.

Paramedics, police and SES crews were called after reports of an unresponsive body in the water at Loch Garry, Bunbartha.

Crews attended Loch Garry Rd at roughly 5.45pm.

The 73-year-old man sadly died at the scene.

Police will prepare a report for the coroner.

The death is not being treated as suspicious.
