House goes up in flames in Yielima
Fireys have been called to a major house fire in the state’s north, with the home understood to be severely damaged.

A house has gone up in flames in a small town in the state’s north.
Fireys from Nathalia, Strathmerton, Yalca and Yielima were called to the Yielima home just after 2pm on Tuesday to discover flames had taken control of the house.
It took firefighters about an hour to bring the blaze under control.
A CFA firefighter on scene said there were no injuries and the residents living at the property were not home at the time of the fire.
The home has since been taped off.
