Court: Shepparton primary school teacher Leah Sanders has all charges against her withdrawn
A Shepparton primary school teacher who was accused of running over and killing a young father has had all charges against her dropped.

A Shepparton primary school teacher has been cleared of running over and killing a young father at Shepparton North last year.
It had previously been alleged that Leah Sanders ran over 32-year-old Jesse Michel on August 30, 2023.
Ms Sanders was charged with culpable driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death after Mr Michel died at Shepparton North.
Ms Sanders teaches at All Saints Anglican School and previously worked at Shepparton East Primary School.
The prosecution lodged an application to withdraw all of the charges, after “lengthy discussions” between lawyers.
