A Watsonia florist has revealed her role in the actions for the latest season of TV’s The Block.
Emma Wright of Watsonia Florist said she had been tasked with furnishing two of the properties on Grey St, St Kilda ahead of the Nine Network show’s auctions.
“They didn’t really mind what flowers we got, they just wanted a bit of colour to help decorate for the sale,” Ms Wright said.
Ms Wright decorated El’ise and Matt’s and Jesse and Mel’s renovation projects.
She said the best part was getting to take a sneak peek through the houses.
“It was overwhelming, the houses were both so incredible and we got to go through and look at everything,” she said.

El’ise and Matt fetched $3.45 million for their triple bedroom terrace.
Jesse and Mel’s 1850s triple-level house sold for $3.38 million.
Ms Wright said while she was proud of her work, it was hard to work out how much impact they had on sale prices.
The flowers she picked for both homes were purple and red, with deep green long stems for added height and variety.
