Cricket: CCCA, DVCA, MPCA, NMCA, NWMCA, RDCA, SECA centuries and five-wicket hauls

Local cricketers dusted off the cobwebs in stunning fashion as the season got underway. Here’s every century and five-wicket haul from the weekend.

Local cricket is back and the stars of our local competitions are already on show.

While some competitions remain sidelined, others got underway and no one would be happier than Devon Meadows star Lucas Ligt.

On his 31st birthday, Ligt hit 148 runs off 119 balls — the highest score of any player across Melbourne.

Meanwhile the best figures of the weekend belonged to Andrew Weiss of Cheltenham Park after he took 7-33.

Check out all the century-makers and five wicket-takers from the past weekend below.
