A school tutor accused of sexually assaulting a child during a teaching session has been bailed.
Box Hill Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation crews on Thursday charged the 56-year-old Mount Waverley man after he was arrested at his home on July 15.
He is accused of sexually assaulting a child during a tutoring session at a business on Hamilton Place on July 13.
He has since been charged with two counts of sexual assault on a child under 16.
The man was bailed to appear before Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on September 13.
