A man has been taken to hospital after a collision near Wellington Rd on the Monash Freeway.
The Department of Transport said three inbound lanes were closed on the Monash after the collision on Wednesday morning.
Delays were back before EastLink, but all lanes have now reopened and delays are easing.
Ambulance Victoria said paramedics were called to an accident in Wheelers Hill about 9.30am with one man taken to Dandenong Hospital in a stable condition.
