A Ferntree Gully businessman has been charged with sexual offences.
Steven Pullen, 38, faced Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Friday to change his bail.
The court heard Mr Pullen operated a business that required him to work with an international partner.
The court gave Mr Pullen leave to attend to the duties his job required, but ordered he surrender his passport.
Mr Pullen’s case remains in the committal process as it heads towards the County Court, with no plea entered at this stage.
He will return to court in May.
