The lights are back on at one of Manningham’s most popular Christmas lights displays.
Andrew Milligan and his family have again transformed their Doncaster East home after they took a year off last year to travel.
It’s the 14th year he’s done the display and he spends up to six weeks setting it up.
Mr Milligan said his lights display — which attracts up to 500 visitors each night — was different as it included lots of figurines and decorations.
He said he had dedicated sections for bears and penguins — and had also introduced a meerkat display this year.
“It’s a fantastic hobby, I learn new things, buy new things, and get lots of enjoyment when children and parents come each night,” Mr Milligan said.

“The neighbours also come out and have a chat, which is great because you don’t see them too often … it’s a real community thing.”
Mr Milligan’s display is at 10 Pushkin Ct, Doncaster East and the lights will be switched on every night from 8.30 to 11.30pm until December 28, except when it’s raining.
