A man suffering upper body injuries has been rushed to hospital following an incident at Braeside Park, with several police and paramedics surrounding a silver sedan in one of the carparks.

A man has been rushed to hospital following an incident at Braeside Park.
Police and paramedics were on scene at the Lower Dandenong Rd park about 1.15pm on Monday following reports a man suffered upper body injuries.
Up to eight police cars and ambulances were seen crowding an empty silver sedan which was left with its doors open in one of the park’s several carparks.
Witnesses told the Leader paramedics had rushed to a man with a stretcher.
“A man is being taken to hospital in a serious but stable condition with upper body injuries,” an Ambulance Victoria spokeswoman told the Leader.
There are no reports of park or road closures.
