When we put the call out to find Melbourne’s best pizza, we were flattened by your response.
At the risk of sounding cheesy, we were supremely impressed by the hundreds of hot pizza places you nominated as Melbourne’s best for our next Best of Melbourne poll.
It’s fair to say if you can dream it on a pizza, you can find it in our foodie-obsessed city — and these shops do it all, from classic Italian-style thin bases with minimal toppings, to pizzas overloaded with gourmet ingredients.
We’ve sliced up your suggestions into a shortlist, and now it’s time to vote for who you think deserves to make the final cut.
Don’t forget, nominating is not enough to guarantee your favourite pizza place a spot in the top 10 — you need (knead!) to vote too.
Votes can be placed up until 10am on Monday, March 9.
