Two men aged 26 and 39 from Moe were arrested and charged with 19 offences relating to four alleged burglaries in Wonthaggi.

Sargeant Stow said the offenders allegedly “ransacked” the business in a “frenzy”, broke a window, stole cash and left a trail of blood.

A number of items were also allegedly stolen from a pony club on the same street with the goods later found along the rail trail behind the property.

Another agricultural business on Cyclone Street was allegedly broken into as well as a hardware store on Mortimer Street.
