A woman is in a serious condition after she was hit by a car On Phillip Island on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Settlement Rd in Cowes, near Grandview Gr about 4.30pm to reports a person had been hit by a car.
On arrival Ambulance Victoria treated a woman in her 50s for a head injury.
She was taken to Dandenong Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
