“No one was inside the property at the time,” a police spokesperson said.

It was the second fire to occur at the property — the first incident being about a week ago.

The fire was brought under control at 9.18pm and declared safe at 10.05pm.

A CFA spokesperson said the cause of the fire was being investigated on Monday.
