Man on the run after crashing two cars and threatening man with knife

A man is on the run after a bizarre string of events where he crashed two cars and threatened a man and a woman with a knife.

A man is on the run after he stole a car while threatening the driver with a knife.

Police are investigating after a man driving a car collided with a truck on Toschs Rd, just outside of Leongatha, about 12.30pm.

He then fled the scene on foot before making his way to a nearby paddock where he threatened the driver of a vehicle with a knife.

The driver of that vehicle surrendered it to the man and he drove it down the driveway of the property where he collided with a tractor.

The man then approached the house on the property and demanded a woman inside provide him with another car.

The man then drove off in this vehicle and is yet to be located at this stage.

No one was physically injured during the incidents.
