A man riding a trike has been killed after he lost control of the bike and crashed on a street in Longwarry.

A man has been killed after he lost control of a trike and crashed in a small town in Victoria’s southeast.
Investigators were told a Harley trike was travelling on Mackey St in Longwarry just before 10pm on Friday when the male rider lost control and crashed.
A police spokesperson said emergency services arrived quickly but the rider — who is yet to be formally identified — died at the scene.
“The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing,” the spokesperson said.
The crash has taken the state road toll to 258, compared to 266 lives lost on Victorian roads this time in November last year.
