Herberte Ct Warruk: Man in 60s arrested after Gippsland cannabis, guns raid
A man in his 60s has been caught out after a police raid found more than a kilo of cannabis, guns and ammunition at a property near Sale.

A man has been arrested after guns and ammunition were found and a suspected crop house inside a shed was uncovered during a police raid in Gippsland.
Sale uniform officers made their discoveries when they raided a property in Herberte Ct, Wurruk about 8.40am on Friday.
According to a post on the Eyewatch – Wellington Police Service Area Facebook page, the officers found two unregistered guns, a .22 lever-action rifle and a .177 pellet gun, along with boxes of ammunition for both guns.
They also found four containers believed to be filled with dried cannabis inside the house.
Officers then searched a large shed on the property and found another 1.1kg of what appeared to be dried cannabis, and eight cannabis plants.
They also found a shipping container with a grow house set up, four transformers and a collection of light globes.
A Victoria Police spokesperson said a 63-year-old Wurruk man was arrested in relation to the findings, and was released pending summons.
