Driver crashes into car and fence, leaves car and flees scene on Churchill Rd, Morwell
An out-of-control driver ploughed into a parked car and a fence in Morwell then fled the scene before police arrived.

Police are on hunt for a driver who crashed into a parked car, fence and fled the scene in the Latrobe Valley.
A police spokesperson said a 2001 Subaru Impreza was travelling along Churchill Rd in Morwell about 1.30am on Sunday when the incident happened.
Debris from the fence was discovered by police when they arrived, and the car, not displaying number plates, was left at the scene.
Witness Ebonnie, who asked to keep her surname private, said she saw the police lights as she was driving on the street early that morning.
“It literally just felt like I witnessed a crime scene — I drove past thinking someone could have been badly hurt,” she said.
“I feel like so much is happening around here lately, there’s so much criminal activity, no matter what time it is.”
A police spokesperson said no one was injured and the investigation remains ongoing.
