A Leongatha man facing rape allegations has had all charges dropped.
Dale Carruthers, 37, had his case heard at Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court on April 1, 2021.
Court documents obtained by The Bass Coast News reveal Carruthers was charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual assault.
Carruthers, who didn’t appear in court, was represented by his lawyer Alexis Kaczmarek.
All charges have since been dropped.
