On Anzac Day 'we remember how lucky we are'

Hundreds of people ignored an icy start to the day in Traralgon to honour those who have served Australia on Anzac Day.

The crowd made its way to the Dawn Service at the Traralgon Cenotaph on Kay St at 6am on Tuesday morning.

Dawn Services were also held at multiple locations across Latrobe Valley, including Toongabbie, Tyers, Glengarry, Morwell, Moe, Newborough, Yallourn North, Yinnar and Churchill.

The parade service commenced at 10.30am where crowds of people filled the streets of Traralgon to continue honouring the fallen.

After the parade concluded, people made their way to the Traralgon RSL and the Crown Hotel to enjoy a refreshing beer and glass of wine while watching the Anzac Day AFL match.
