A Wendouree man who threatened a Ballarat driver for his car has faced court.
Jason Valentine Baldwin, 26, pleaded guilty to extortion, making a threat to damage property, and possessing a drug of dependence at Ballarat County Court on Tuesday.
During his plea, the court heard on January 7, 2024, Baldwin threatened a man in Redan and demanded he give him his car.
The case will continue on Thursday.
