A child remains in a critical condition after being hit by a driver in Ballarat.
Emergency services rushed to Cormorant Grange in Winter Valley about 2.45pm on Tuesday, where a boy, 5, was hit by a car.
He suffered upper and lower body injuries and was driven to the Ballarat Base Hospital in a critical condition before being flown to the Royal Children’s Hospital.
The hospital confirmed on Wednesday afternoon that the child was still in a critical condition.
