The 154th iteration of the Ballarat Show kicked off on November 11, marking a return from the previous year’s Covid cancellation.
The show, organised by the Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society, began at 3pm Friday and went until 4pm Sunday at the Ballarat Showgrounds.
On display at the festival were a variety of animals, including dogs, cattle, sheep, goats, camels, and even racing pigeons.
There were also wildlife attractions, sports games, face-painting, showbags, crafting competitions, a woodchopping tournament, hay-tossing championship, and other entertainment.
