Ballarat police charge two teens over high-speed pursuit
Two alleged dangerous driving car thieves have been arrested over a high-speed chase in Ballarat.

Two teens have been charged over an alleged high-speed chase in Sebastopol on Friday.
Detectives from the Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit said the two young men were allegedly driving a stolen car at dangerous speeds throughout Ballarat.
A BMW X5, earlier reported stolen, was spotted by a police car driving in Sebastopol about 12.30pm Friday.
Police chased the car, which allegedly sped-off erratically, and eventually had to call in the police air wing for help.
The two males allegedly dumped the car in a shopping centre car park and tried to flee on foot.
They were found in a nearby retirement village.
Cayleb Bromfield, 18, was charged with aggravated burglary, theft of motor vehicle, reckless conduct endangering serious injury and other traffic related offences.
He was remanded to the Ballarat Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
A 16-year-old teen was charged with aggravated burglary, theft of motor vehicle, reckless conduct endangering serious injury and other traffic related offences.
He will appear at a Children’s Court later this year.
