A brazen teenager allegedly hit up a Ballarat store for alcohol twice in one night, threatening a sales person with a knife.
After the alleged incidents the teen allegedly fled to a licenced premises where officers picked him up shortly later.
Police have been told the 15-year-old allegedly walked into a store on Humffray St in Bakery Hill Sunday night, where he allegedly stole alcohol and threatened a salesperson with a knife, about 9.50pm.
The teen then left, only to allegedly return to the store and demand more alcohol from the salesperson.
Police said the 32-year-old store attendant then grabbed the teenager, pushed him out the door, locked it and called police.
Police believe the teen then fled to a licenced premises on Mair St before he was arrested by officers a short time later.
He has been released on summons to attend a children’s court at a later date.
