Murray River border town duces reveal their ATAR scores
A week after Victorian students received their ATAR scores, friends from just across the border in towns like Albury, Wentworth, Moama and Corowa are receiving their HSC results.

A week after Victorian students received their ATAR scores, friends from just across the border in towns like Albury, Wentworth, Moama and Corowa are receiving their HSC results.
Check out how your school went and who the top achieving students were.
The full VCE honour roll has also been revealed, with every study score above 40 named.
Victoria’s duces were revealed last Thursday when VCE results were released.
Other schools across NSW will also be discovering their dux today.

Albury High School
Max Ibrom has been named dux with an ATAR of 94.3.
He plans to study maths and software design at university.

James Fallon High School
The James Fallon High School dux is Daniel Phillips.
Murray High School
Syahirah Mohd Rizam is Murray High School’s dux.
She achieved Band 5 in biology, business studies, english advanced and PD/H/PE; Band 4 in chemistry and maths advanced; and Band E2 in maths extension 1.
The Scots School Albury
Madeline Perkins has been named the dux of The Scots School Albury, with an ATAR of 97.3.
She had the seventh highest score in biology in NSW.
Trinity Anglican College
The highest ATAR at Trinity Anglican College was achieved by Lara Nelson with 95.6.
Other top scorers were Maxwell Neave and Stella Thurkettle with 94.85.
Xavier High School
Eliza Hart has been named the dux of Xavier High School with an ATAR of 94.
She is keen to explore a career in the field of economics and has secured four early entries across four universities.
Principal Nicole Morton said she was proud of all of the students who had worked hard to achieve their results, also commending their teachers.
Other top performers were Alex Vanderpol who received an ATAR of 92.6 and Roley Sanson with an ATAR of 91.8.
Moama Anglican Grammar
Ella Bowler was named dux of Moama Anglican Grammar, with an ATAR of 94.35.
In addition to her academic excellence, Ella was an active member of the school’s music and performing arts program, and was school captain in 2024.
“I was busy with part-time work in the beginning of my Year 12 year, but scaled that back in order to provide more time for study,” she said.
“I also made sure to have an outlet away from studying, which for me was dance classes. It was important to balance my commitments.”
