Triple M host Marty Sheargold won’t interview these celebrities on his radio show

Radio funnyman Marty Sheargold has had a gutful interviewing vanilla celebs and will never speak to these A-listers on Triple M.

Reality stars, influencers and even politicians are banned from Triple M’s Marty Sheargold show.

After having gutful of the vacuous and vanilla while working the grind on his former patch at Nova on national drive show Kate, Tim & Marty, Sheargold now calls the shots back at his Triple M stomping ground where he took the reins from Eddie McGuire’s Hot Breakfast.

“I have no interest in that in of radio show,” Sheargold says of the wannabes and self congratulators.

“It’s just filler, I find it offensive when it’s on TV. I don’t believe people are genuinely interested in it. They are all so media savvy now it’s like everyone is determined to try and catch people out now. I don’t like that either” Hear Hear!

Looking at his slimmed down frame, Page 13 couldn’t resist asking if he was the rumoured high profile star who has recently had secret lapband surgery?

Not at all, he, like many others gave up the plonk at the end of Covid notching up almost a year as a teetotaller.

“And lots of walking,” he added.
