SAFE to say Ricky Nixon doesn’t like going to court. Who doesn’t like being hit with a parking fine, or two, and who hasn’t wanted to chuck a toddler-worthy wobbly, stamping their feet and bawling at anyone who will listen?
Nixon had a major dummy spit this week and was escorted from the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court by six security guards, say legal eagle-eyed sources.
“LIES”, Nixon bellowed when Page 13 put it to him. “TOTALLY UNTRUE,” he roared.

Nixon does have form in court.
He once threw coffee on a court photographer after a foul-mouth rant.
That followed the furious player manager’s first court meltdown after being told an alcohol interlock device was to be fitted to his car for a year.
Before he started frothing at the mouth on Friday, Nixon conceded he was in the infringement court over an unpaid fine on Thursday.
Observers say he stormed in, all wound up to represent himself and started hollering at all and sundry, including the magistrate.
The magistrate, who we are told was “very kind”, asked security to have him removed.
Nixon shouted that he was being ruined over an unpaid fine.
He is due to return to court on November 29. Bring the popcorn.
