Wedding bells are ringing again for Sam Newman who has tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend.

It’s the fourth time down the aisle for the former Geelong great, who turns 75 next month.

Newman and Amanda Brown, his partner of around 20 years, married at the luxury high-rise Docklands apartment they share.

The nuptials also marked Brown’s 50th birthday celebrations last Friday.

Officiating at the ceremony was none other than Perfect Match host Greg Evans, who has become a popular marriage celebrant after his time on the cult 1980s matchmaking series.

The intimate ceremony was attended by just close family and friends.

Newman’s best mate of more than 30 years, Kevin King, was best man.

The Geelong and Footy Show veteran’s eldest son Jack was on photographer duties.

Unlike her husband, Amanda Brown has largely shied from the media spotlight.

The couple have long been together, attending events at St Kilda hotspot Riva bar and the Albert Park Grand Prix.

They were first pictured out together with sports presenter Stephen Quartermain and wife Paige, celebrating New Year’s Eve at Crown Casino in 2002.

Thrice-married and thrice-divorced, the 300 game champ, has long had a way with women.

First wife Barbara Clatworthy lived at the family owned pub across the road from Geelong’s ground at Kardinia Park.

Newman has three sons, Jack, Geordan and Max. Youngest son Max is from his tumultuous relationship with Leonie Jones.

Their partnership took a dramatic turn in 1997 when Jones, 26 years younger, ran over Newman, leaving him with a broken leg and smashed ankle.

“I got run over. I got backed over by a light Korean-model car,” he remembered recently on his podcast You Cannot Be Serious.
