Recent social media posts have sparked rumours beauty queen Maria Thattil and former AFLW star Moana Hope have called time on their high-profile relationship.

Has the love bubble burst for Maria Thattil and Moana Hope?

The beauty queen and former AFLW star went public with their relationship in September last year.

Hope posted a video to Instagram with many followers leaving comments asking where Thattil was.

It’s believed she was to accompany Thattil to the NGV Gala on Saturday night but Thattil instead took her brother Dom.

Hope, who has two children with her ex-wife Isabella Carlstrom, last posted with Thattil at the start of November.

The pair had been labelled Melbourne’s new ‘it’ couple and were gushing over each other on social media.

In June after she made her debut as an actor on Neighbours, Thattil said of their relationship:

“It is amazing, and challenging, and growing me in ways that I’ve never experienced.

“In the past I thought if I wanted a career, to be that person I thought I needed to be, I needed to sacrifice everything else. But here I am with real love in my life. With someone I love very much.”

Thattil said she had enjoyed opening a “whole other side” to her by spending time with Hope’s young children, Svea and Ahi.

Hope separated from Carlstrom in June last year after six years together.
