Non binary advocate Deni Todorovic and their high profile manager Pru Corrigan have parted ways.
The split comes as quite a surprise given how Corrigan, the founder of PR consultancy group One Day Dream, has helped propel Deni’s profile to stratospheric heights in little over 12 months.
Think world first collaborations with mainstream brands such as Bonds and Seafolly, with Deni creating headlines and pushing their non-binary educational message through advertising and marketing campaigns.
Deni, who was most recently trolled by J.K Rowling following their appearance on ABC’s Q and A, posted a reel on Friday acknowledging Corrigan and highlighting the work they had conquered together.
“Thank you to Pru for taking a punt on this dark horse,” Deni posted.
“After one chance dance floor meeting at Palms with Sofia Richie, followed by a lockdown zoom in 2020 during a pandemic, Pru and I became the talent and the manage.”
Corrigan in December pivoted her successful PR business to focus on the boom of “content creators” (a fancy phrase for influencer) with her Dream Team management now looking after a stable of digital talent.
“As of today I’m no longer behind the wheels of Deni’s car,” Corrigan posted.
“I’m very grateful for the time we shared as partners, but like everything else the show must go on.”
