‘It’s a blast’: LIV WAGs in drive to bring women to golf

Social media star Kim Wolff is among the glamorous LIV Golf WAGs pitching the sport to women, and she’s attracting a whole new audience with her posts.

For three of LIV Golf’s glamorous WAGs there are plenty of reasons why women should gravitate to the sport.

Kim Wolff, Audrey Leishman and Erika Cote are lapping up the fun of the event in Adelaide and also enjoy spreading the word.

Kim, a social media star, and wife of Matthew Wolff, is boosting her following by posting while on tour. Much like influential tennis WAGs Paige Lorenze and Morgan Riddle, she’s attracting a whole new audience.

“I got married, I’ve grown my business and I just had one of my best years,’’ Kim said.

“It’s a blast and I love spending time together and seeing so many beautiful places.

“I’m trying to grow more on socials and inviting people to enjoy the sport in a tasteful way. There’s a big female following now.”

Audrey, wife of Victorian star Marc Leishman, is in Adelaide for the first time.

“Marc loves it here, he said he feels like a Beatle (music star),’’ she said.

“I just hope I don’t have to see him do a shoey. If I don’t see one I won’t be upset.

“Now our (three) kids are a bit older we can come out more often. It’s just a different tournament and we’ll spend some time with his family in Warrnambool after.”

Cote and Victorian Lucas Herbert met on a dating app while she was working in marketing.

The trio joined other WAGs in a special styling suite with local stylists, make-up artists and brands to kick off the LIV Golf tournament at The Grange.
