Maguire has been ordered to appear before Melbourne Magistrates’ Court for a mention hearing on August 3.
In March the Melbourne influencer made headlines for allegedly throwing a drink at a patron and getting into an altercation while dining out at popular South Yarra hotspot The Osborne Rooftop and Bar.
It’s believed police were called and CCTV footage was grabbed from the venue.
