THE grieving daughter of late nightclub king Darren ‘Razzle’ Thornburgh has accused the new Boutique owners of dancing on his grave to line their pockets.
Zoe Thornburgh, 23, says the decision by new owners Jonathon Sherren and Sammy Prosser to reuse the name, Boutique, for the Greville St nightspot was “pathetic”.

She said reusing Razzle’s line, Flash Fridays, which relaunched last night, was just another ploy to ride on his coat tails.
“Absolutely pathetic what the nightclub industry has become when promoters think it’s acceptable to reuse the same club name AND NIGHT NAME of someone who DIED less than 6 f---ing months ago,” Thornburgh wrote on Facebook before later deleting it.
“To leech onto what someone put their heart and soul into and created. What their entire life and success wads you pathetic sad vultures. Your lack of respect is beyond me.”

Thornburgh was found dead on the veranda of his rural property in Barmah last year after shots were fired into his nightclub and his former wife’s Port Melbourne house.
The charismatic nightclub owner partied with celebrities such as Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian.
Prosser said: “We have absolute compassion for the family around what has been a trying, emotional few months and understand the use of the name Boutique is a reminder of past times for many.”
“The use of the name on our liquor licence Boutique was a business decision made some time ago to begin trading as soon as possible.”
“Upon completion of the renovations across the entire venue we will be known as The Greville. The new venue will incorporate parts of the building not previously operated by the former owners and also new space patrons have not previously had access to. The upstairs area most commonly known as Boutique will become Dance @ The Greville.”
