Crikey! Robert Irwin has gone wild as an underwear model.

The I’m A Celebrity host and animal lover is certainly the full package, stripping down to his undies as the latest face for a new Bonds campaign.

We haven’t seen such an iconic ad since Paul Hogan slipped a shrimp on the barbie to promote Australia.

Think snakes, spiders and crocodiles as the iconic Aussie brand pushes into the US market.

Ripped and with chiselled jaw, the 21-year-old son of the late Steve Irwin is pictured with some of his some of his reptile friends.

There’s a snake draped over his shoulders in one photo and another shows him holding a perentie lizard in his arms.

“How is it Australians ae so laid-back – it’s simple they are all wearing comfy undies” says an online video featuring Irwin lounging back on a deck chair to the backdrop of Men at Work’s anthem Land Down Under with a python draped around his neck a giant spider crawling up his leg and a crocodile lounging beside him on the grass and now breaking the internet.

“I’ve worn Bonds my whole life, and now, being part of this campaign feels

unreal — it’s an honour to represent such an iconic Aussie brand on the global stage,” Irwin said.

“Bonds truly captures the laid-back Aussie spirit and sense of adventure we’re known

for, and I’m stoked to help bring that feeling to America.

“I’m also really happy that we feature the beautiful wildlife I work hard to protect.”

Irwin says it didn’t take much convincing to get him to strip. Picture: Instagram

“I wish I could say I was very suave and cool about the whole thing, but I was like, ‘Yes! Let’s do it!’” Irwin says when asked how much convincing it took to get him to strip down for the shoot. “Because Bonds in Australia is an absolute icon.”

Joining Irwin in the Made For Down Under campaign is Aussie singer, songwriter and rapper Tkay Maidza.
