After months of speculation, Adele has seemingly confirmed that she is married to boyfriend, Rich Paul.
The Grammy Award-winning singer started dating the sports agent (LeBron James is among his clients) in 2021 after she split from husband Simon Konecki, the father of her 10-year-old son, Angelo.
Now Adele seemed to confirm she had wed Rich during the Los Angeles show of close friend, British comedian Alan Carr.
“I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience. Alan asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did’,” an audience member told entertainment website, Deuxmoi.
“When he asked if anyone got married recently she yelled ‘I did’. Super cute all around and was super sweet,” another audience member claimed.
“Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend having the best time. Her security only came in to bring her snacks,” said another fan.
“She didn’t care if people knew she was there heckling him; they’re best friends.”
It was reported earlier this year the couple were engaged after Adele was pictured sporting a large diamond on her finger.
When Paul was interviewed by Oprah Winfrey’s BFF Gayle King in October, he remained coy on King’s teasing question that she should refer to Adele as “Mrs Paul” next time she saw her.
“You can say whatever you want,” Paul replied, adding he wasn’t the “type of person to put [his] personal life [out there]. It’s not for the media”.
Paul did concede that the couple were “great” for each other.
“She’s been great, I think she would agree that we definitely helped each other,” he said.
“I’m in a good space, we’re in a good space. Happy. She’s superb. She’s been great for me. We’ve been great for each other.”
Adele has previously dropped hints that the pair are already married. During one of her Las Vegas residency shows in September, a female fan asked if the singer would marry her.
“You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight,” Adele said.
