Melbourne “it girl” Sacha De Winter has married into Victoria’s blue-blood Baillieu family dynasty in a stunning vineyard wedding.
The lucky groom, Hamish Baillieu, is a descendant of influential politician William Baillieu and the son of Samantha and Charlie, while the gorgeous bride Sacha De Winter is a Melbourne mover and shaker.
De Winter is a senior associate producer at US fashion label Tory Burch and her father, Peter, a renowned property developer. Her mother, Kim, is an esteemed Melbourne stylist.
The proud parents were in attendance, posing for photos next to their newlywed daughter.
Wearing an elegant gown with a floral touch, Sacha was fawned over by her bridesmaids who each wore yellow.
Georgia Danos (previously Geminder), granddaughter of mogul Richard Pratt and eldest daughter of billionaire couple Raphael and Fiona Geminder, was one on the bridesmaids, posting happy snaps on Instagram.
The ceremony was followed by an Italian inspired feast, with the Baillieu’s farm house decorated with hanging greenery and Vespa scooters dotted throughout the gardens.
Sacha now joins the Baillieu family dynasty, members of which include former Victorian premier Ted Baillieu and his recently wed daughter, Martha Baillieu.
