Carrie Bickmore has refused to buy into the public intrigue surrounding her contract negotiations with Network Ten.
Bickmore, who is unquestionably the female face of Channel 10, is yet to commit to a new deal with the network, sparking no end of speculation and wild rumours about what could eventuate in 2020.
“I don’t talk s--- about the s---, I just don’t,” Bickmore said in summing up her contract situation.
But sources do talk and word is Bickmore and Ten are getting closer to an agreement.
One interesting tip is that after 10 years she might step away from The Project, which she currently appears on three nights a week, in 2020 and instead have other on-screen roles at Ten.
Could a stint on something like Dancing with the Stars be beckoning?

Bickmore and her Hit FM early drive co-host Tommy Little collected an Australian Commercial Radio Award last weekend for Best Music Special for their Backstreet Boys Live in Las Vegas show.
Despite rumours suggesting Bickmore was being chased for a breakfast radio spot in Sydney, insiders say she and Little are not moving from their successful national Hit early drive post for the foreseeable future.
