Trouble-prone Richmond player Sydney Stack has paid tribute to his AFLW girlfriend, expressing his love for her and thanking her for helping him “find himself again.”

Stack went public with his relationship with Fremantle Dockers AFLW recruit Mikayla Morrison, 18, in December.

The young Tiger, 20, described having Morrison in his life as a “blessing” in an emotional Instagram post on Wednesday.

“Just a lil appreciation post for you my girl! I just wanna thank you for helping me find myself again and bringing nothing but love and happiness!,” Stack wrote.

“You truly deserve nothing but the best, you know me better then (than) I know myself and you’ve taught me things no one else has.

“Idk (I don’t know) how to put it into words with how much I love you, but you’re a blessing and I’m so lucky to have you in my life!

“My love for you is unconditional and I’m not afraid to show the world how much I appreciate and adore you my princess!

“Since day 1 You’ve always been there no matter what circumstances and accepted me for who I am and shown me nothing but love care and support!

“I love everything about you! You’re my best friend! My soulmate! My girl! My rock! It freaks me out how much history we have together, all the good and bad memories!

“I’m so proud of you! To get to where you are now amazes me, you’re so talented and I can’t wait to see you back on that oval tearing it up as you usually do.

“I love your family most of all! I’ll always be here for you no matter what, through thick and thin, ups and downs I’ll support and love you the way you have done me!

“I’m so happy to call you mine and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us! I love you forever and always my Baby!”

Stack had a well-documented troubled end to 2020.

He was sent home to Western Australia and copped a 10 match ban after he and teammate Callum Coleman-Jones breached AFL hub quarantine rules to party on the Gold Coast in September. The night which involved booze and strip club ended in a brawl outside a kebab shop.

Stack then spent Christmas behind bars after allegedly breaching COVID-19 quarantine and becoming embroiled in a dust up in the Perth suburb of Northbridge brawl in December.

He spent almost three week in custody in Hakea Prison following his arrest, finally being released on bail on January 8.

He remains in Perth on bail and is next due in court on March 25.

It remains unclear when he will be able to return to Victoria to start training with his Tiger teammates for season 2021.

Richmond confirmed earlier this month it would stand by Stack and would give him another chance to re-establish his AFL career.

He has been provided with training programs by the club to fulfil while in Perth so he will be fit and when he finally returns to Victoria.

His ban for his strip club and kebabs episode on the Gold Coast means he is not eligible to play for Richmond until Round 5 of the 2021 season.
